Don't Beat Yourself Up

Not everything is caused by you. Often we have a tendency to blame ourselves about even the most mundane things. I was at a hotel recently and I simply could not get enough water at colder temperatures no matter how I adjusted the knob. The hotter it was the more water I got. I questioned myself every time I took a shower about what I was doing wrong. Well I ended up moving rooms at the same hotel. I took a shower in the new room and guess what. Works perfectly!!!

The problem wasn't me. The faucet was installed incorrectly. Often the wrong person is blamed. Certain personalities are vulnerable to this self-blame and this makes them vulnerable to others who don't accept responsibility for anything. Preserve your health. Don't beat yourself up!!!
